Hi, I'm a newbie here! I came across this forum while searching for places for my photography assignment.
I found this abandoned place called Chee Guan Chiang House at Grange Road... is it still accessible now?

Or is there any abandoned kind of place that I can try, but not too spooky or creepy ones:bsmilie:
Or any sites that can portray "destruction/destroyed"?

Thanks!

Bralon Kea,

Want to try those empty blocks in Commonwealth Drive?
There are scheduled to be demolished. 2 blocks the lifts were still in working conditions when I was there a month ago.

Quite a creepy feeling walking rows and blocks of empty flats.. Some units still have plants in the corridors, as though as they left in a hurry.

Read this dated 05 September 2014:

I've come across this link. The date was wrong though, it was reversed. So it's posted back in 2005...

I suggest don't take the lifts. If it breaks down with you inside. Good luck to you........

After having a look at the new units, most of the previous owners just can't be bothered to move most of their plants over.
They weren't in a hurry as they have a period of 3 months to slowly move their stuff across the street to their new rat-hole.

If you stay around to see then you will notice they do up the place like they had other intentions instead of demolishing it.
Might even be the same as the previous batch by the carpark where HDB will move all the residents away and renovate it before leasing it out to the people working in Biopolis.

Are you referring to the home owners or HDB? Were you referring to those few blocks of 4 storey buildings? All of them being chained up. No I mean barricaded.

There was one unit opp the former childcare block nicely done up. The previous owner painted some ceiling lights motifs on the wall that for a moment I thought they left behind the lights when they moved out.

Nope, that is not heroic act. It is called backside itchy.

I only replied to TS the creepy feeling of walking in empty buildings
