Are you comfortable with manual focus ?

That's also important in making decision as well.

Actually have a 16-35 and it s on my camera for 80% of my shots, but have been eyeing on the Zeiss 21 all the while. MF is ok coz it s more for landscape.
Well until 20/1.8 AFS comes out, then start to think about the opportunity to use it indoor for some creative shot with blur background to "pop" the subject out.

CF 21 has a famous "complex" lens distortion.
