I am planning to do a fashion photoshoot at Punggol Road end.
Can anyone advise if there is a need to apply for certain licenses to do a photoshoot there?

what kind of fashion shoot? for commercials and editorial?
how the whole set up look like, do you have a team of crews to do the shoot?

anyway, depends on which areas you doing a shoot,

if you doing the shoot on the road, you need to talk to LTA.
if you doing the shoot in the park, you need to talk to NPark.

if you shoot at the beach, I guess nobody will bother you, but if your camera aim at the police post, the police will come after you.

I did one there recently. If it's the beach , jetty area it's not much of an issue so long as u aren't obstructing anyone.

However make sure u don't do it near the police post for one. I accidentally captured the post and was asked to delete the photos.

Two, if u plan to shoot near the ranch / chalet area u will be made to pay for permissions to do so by the prowling staff (approx $200) I managed to bullshit my way out of it (no I'm not proud but it was to help client save money) to finish the shoot but I know I lucked out.
