Just wondering whether it is ok to hv cctv recording of any medical examination. And that video recording be treated as part of the confidential medical records.

Serial molester only gets 11 weeks jails, the good doctor should be out in a jiffy.
Over a career of say 45 years and one weak victim a day, he could have easily molested more than 10,000 women!

For general consultation, they should have CCTV recording during close examination, they should ask the 'nurse' to be present. Some smaller clinic do have staff limitation but there is no way to prove otherwise. In this respect, tamale doctor has advantage.
Without knowing what happen, it may not be fair to say what took place. Patient has duty to ensure they protect themselves when selecting the clinic and doctor. If you think it is too intrusive, stop it before it goes further.

I regularly shoot female models in their 20s in my studio at home alone one to one basis. There is nothing I can do about it as I leave alone here with the rest of my family living in Hong Kong.
It has crossed my mind if one of them goes to the police to lodge a molestation charge against me it's her words against mine.
That's why the commercial studios often hire a female receptionist partly for protection by having the presence of a 3rd person.

Maybe that won't happen as I'm not famous and rich.

Have done that a lot of times at my home studio in the past. It's paramount that the model's trust be assured and that it's
done professionally absolutely no hanky panky. That being said I always mount another camera to record the shooting in progress
to assure her that it's safe.

I've heard a few stories from my models about predatory photographers. These days with social media the models can easily expose an offending photographer.
It is certainly not worth to go to jail for. I rather go to jail because of fighting for democracy and freedom.

That being said I always make sure that a female assistant standby during photoshoots in company's studio. Now a days one will never know
