tamron customer service SUCK SUCK

Just call tamron service centre at 11, Changi North Way Singapore 498796 TEL 6248 5333

to check on some costing for repair my len, so the reception lady seem like I have interruted her from xxxx the bose (ball) ????
so i ask her to put me to the spare parts technican and he just refuse to code me an estimation.

Ever I have code him the parts that I need to replace, I have friends whom send in for service and it took one year for the part to be replace!!!!!!!!:thumbsd:

So my advice is never buy TAMRON suck.....suck....suck:sticktong

Does your lens already with them and they suppose to get back to you with the estimate cost of repair?

or you just phone in to ask for a quotation for lens repair without showing your lens?



anyway, story has no head no tails at all, noting but ranting.

reading your thread seems like they owe you a living ha ha

same same for other camera and lens manufacturers ..... nobody will give you a quote or estimate until they see exactly what the problem is

please dont pepper and spice with your version of your friend's 1 year wait ..... pm me your friend's service reciept number and I can check with them what the ENTIRE story was about ..... if it really happened .... otherwise stick to YOUR complaint

so you're insinuating that the receptionist is performing a sex act on her boss?

that's a pretty bold statement and i'm sure that they can sue you for slander.
 

I suspect the Tamron people had the same problems understanding your garbled stuffs as we have ...
 

Ok... So I'm trying to translate.... Apparently Tamron has very good "service" because they like to "suck suck". And apparently TS was sad because the receptionist was interrupted during the suck suck... And then TS wanted them to be psychic and know what the issue with the "len" of the TS is... Did you mean length? They have pumps for that... They suck suck then your len is better... But should really go down and let them fondle and play with it first to see what the problem is... But maybe they will recommend a doctor instead.

Please try to use the correct terms... "suck suck" and "sucks" have very different connotations. ;)

In Queen English commonly spoken in Singapore:

"Suck Suck" = Normally conducted in car park as favours for large contract transactions. A highly risky indulgence because of the deligence of investigative agencies.

Look at the pic. She obviously ripped it right off. "See? You call in with nonsense, this is what I do with your "len". As the world press can see, it's short and stubby, just like we thought."
