at least they are creative enough to solve some problems,

not calling civil defend/maid/daddy/mummy/teachers to come and help them.

Good, our kids have brains

These things do happen in any country. Do hope they get it resolved fast. The funny thing is. Notice they climb so high up although the water level is much lower! The girl on the right is the champion.

In time of crisis (not that this flood is really a crisis), it's good that our young can think to help themselves out from the problem they faced. And not just stay put and just complain.

not like most of their elders :bsmilie:

That's the cuteness of an innocent mind. They think of only solving what they face. Elders tend to think too much and too deep, till they can't solve their own problems..... ;p

that's why i need to find out how to get to Never Never Land :)

Shooting is first world problem. We will be there. Flooding is 3rd world problem.

Ok, ok, agree:sweat:

People living on the Glasdir estate said they had been told that flood defences meant there was only a one-in-1,000-year chance of their homes being hit.

Already a generational change.
In my time, when there is a flood, students have fun and wade in the water.
Now the students are afraid to get wet and can only think of getting to school on time.
