My battery stops at 23%

I got a China made 5" phone.

After 2 months, the battery stop at 23% despite me charging it.

Can I restore the battery?

Biggest headache with china made electronic.... reliability of the battery.

Since its only 2mth old... maybe possible to demand a one-to-one exchange. I have a few colleague that are using 'Android NOTE 3' from China... some reported battery issue too... luckily like Samsung NOTE which they copied, the battery is removable and could be replaced...

Thanks for the note. Call the company and was told that no warranty for battery. A replacement costs $25

Now trying to restore the battery if possible!

But the time its your 'Court Case' number... that 'company' would have closed shop and reopen after a name change 10 times.... I'll just pay the $25 for the battery and consider it lesson learned... but up to you of course...

Yup...a taxi trip to/fro legal firm or small claims tribunal will probably cost more than $25.

sell the phone fast..learn the lesson on buying China made products especially phones.

the morale of the story is:

"Do not buy phone with no brand"

Fortunately the battery is available for $10 at ebay!
