I will be testing it on my Nikon D800 with its 36MP images, can it keep up?

Samsung 64GB SD Card on a Nikon D800 shooting on continuous high, raw quality
it was able to transfer about 17 shots before slowing down, each image file is about 27 MB each

this time shooting on continuous low, it was able to shoot about 24 shots before slowing down each RAW file is about 27MB

I would say that this is more than enough for my usage

Normal SD card can do this.

I was at SLS recently. Best Bargain #05-02 is selling Samsung SDXC Pro UHS-1 Class10 up to 80 MB/sec (read) and up to 40 MB/sec (write)


The Samsung product description is "64GB Secure Digital (SD) Card MB-SGCGB Pro Series" in case one is wondering whether the different descriptions refer to the same thing.
It is this:

800rpm washing machine torture test done, after which a quick rinse in a cup of water to remove all washing detergent and dry totally before I put it into my camera.

I believe that their are faster cards out there, and in time it will only get faster.
But for now the Samsung is fast enough for my needs.

the card survived, dried overnight in an air-conditioned room and tested the next day on a Samsung NX300

can you do a test between Sandisk and Samsung UHS-I cards?

from the above posts, the samsung seems like an awesome buy for the price. but for those who really need the speed (like me), which one is the faster card? last i saw, the Sandisk 32GB 95mbps Extreme Pro UHS-I was going for $89 (shall not reveal where). if it's a viable option compared to the more expensive Sandisk, the next card i'll buy is the Samsung.
