taking photos at cemetery during Chingming

Passed by a chinese cemetary during sunset today. Families gathering around rows of tombstones, burning joss sticks and joss paper. The smoke around the place and add the orange sky and clouds. It seems can get some dramatic shots.

Is it taboo to be photographing in a cemetery at this time?

if you do politely and with clear conscience, why not.

results may be even more interesting if shot in infrared !

I saw some spirits outside a Catholic church admiring my work while doing late night flower arranging at 12am for following day's wedding... human looking shadows at the corner of my eye.

Seen nothing out of the ordinary, though one of our tripwired flares did went off unexpectedly probably due to human error.
