PC show Memory Card...

$109 for a 800x (120MB/s) 32GB CF card... anyone getting or is using this ?? :think:

A Sandisk 32GB Extreme Pro 667x (100MB/s) is going for $235 !! Even Best Bargain is selling at $214.50...

The Lexar cards are going at good price. I bought 2 SD and 1 CF but all 400x. Good enough for me.

Thxs for the heads up... I've never used Lexar before... but the price (if true) is really good... even cheaper than Sandisk 32GB 60MB/s (400X)... lets hope there is still some stock tomorr... have to 'grab' then rush off to work...

BTW, I bought my Lexar Pro 400x 32MB SD @ $45.90 and the 400x 64MB CF @ $125.
The SD is bought from the shop at one of the corner manned by thambi. They don't sell CF so I ended buying the CF from the above booth.

Anyone thinks Microsoft Office 2010 for 3 desktop license @ $199 is a good deal?

I am not keen for the subscription based Office 365 nor want to pay $189 for each Office 2013 license. I need 5 licenses for my household so thot the 2010 version is a better deal.

The 800x looks like a good buy.

IMO and my own use, Lexar are much better than Sandisk.

This is how buyers can escape the crowds at IT shows.

Eye candy at this IT Show, Singtel has engaged some tall Caucasian models. Have seen another group of models, maybe Nikon girls.

Just got my Card at PC Show around 1220hr... not much people, so... its a grab and run... stocks are still available at the Show.

No chance to test the card yet... hopefully in a few day time... :thumbsup:

Just be careful. I received a Lexar SD card 16GB from Audio House during a show and the card could not work. (BTW, Anyone know if I can exchange it and where).

I had 3 Lexar cards failing me so far. All my Sandisk, Toshiba, Kingston, even Transcend are all 100% ok so far.

I just got myself lexar sd card 600x 16g (90mbps) this afternoon in IT show. Hopefully mine will not be faulty too..

Better for you to ask them... but I don't think there is sure a thing as 'Repair CF card' service... so, most likely it will be a one-to-one... but best to confirm with them. :sweat:

My own experience with Lexar us that it works with certain types or brands of cameras

I used it with Panasonic P&S Cam, no problem. But I have problems when I used it with Sony DSLR.
