just make sure u have steady hands..cos its a once shot pasting.i used the ones from china..dirt cheap and works the same as those selling so damn high in Singapore..
Clean the surface on ur lcd before pasting this..do it in a dust free room..off fan if u have to.haha.

Tbh, I don't quite understand why. Generic thin film SPs are good enuff to prevent scratches on the LCDs. In terms of knocks, I rather exercise caution to prevent that because no point having a pristine screen but broken innards. Colour representation wise, I never trust the camera's lcd screen in the first place...
