Maybe because he lives at sentosa and that's the most convenient source. Anyway lots of people used to do that. The water of course has to be treated and filtered.

I used to collect fighting fish, but stopped because after NSW.... I have several fin burnt on my fishes..... and since then.... I really suspect how.... "healthy" NSW are....

I used to collect fighting fish, but stopped because after NSW.

I used the New sh!t Water.... not, sea water la.... and the fin got burnt, and they became much easily infected by fish ailment..... though my rearing style did not change....
