A particular bird of prey does a perfect touch-and-go landing on Runway (RWY) 02L. Those yellow quadrilateral trapezium or trapezoid objects are two of the four optics in a Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI).

Not too worry though, the ferrets are there to keep an eye out for naughty birds.

UncleFai did something similar with a Nikon V1, a couple of TC's, and a Sigma 150-500, all stacked up, if I remember correctly.

I have a V2 with 28-300 usually mounted, and am waiting for the Sigma 50-500 ordered at the shop to arrive. The newer generation of 150-500 can AF with the V2, so I am waiting to see if the 50-500 newer version lens can do so as well.

I looking for the sigma 50-500 too...how much you bought?

Dunno yet. Waiting for the lens to arrive and find out exactly how much. Should be in the range of 2300 thereabouts.

There is a used one in the classified section asking for 1600 if I recall. I want to see if the new gen 50-500 can AF with the V2... that's why i cannot take up the offer of the used lens.
