There's always been a delay. If you track the scores online, they'll be updated approximately several seconds before via Cable Television (CATV) and a minute before or so via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV).

It could get worst, my neighbour has his television hooked up via VHF/UHF and sometimes you can hear the cheers and screams several minutes before it's shown on your MioTV.
