Got lah . We went sentosa last year if I am not wrong . We got the prize presentation there if I rem correctly .

the 9-emperor festival is good. where is the celebration in sg?
remember attending this festival when i was a kid in malaysia.

cool, i never seen the festival before in person. how will it be like in singapore?
That's interesting and something different from our usual places. Is photography freely allowed?

Some other suggestions :
1. Fork out the dough and we do a portrait learning session with a few models.
2. A "Ask a stranger for a Portrait" challenge
3. "Old places" theme - travel around Sgp via bus or car and take photos of old places/things that will be no more in a few years time. (eg. wet markets/playgrounds/areas marked for development
4. "Save the World" theme - Go around somewhere (eg. Chinatown; HDB; etc) taking photos with the theme in mind (eg. Aunties with loads of plastic bags while holding granddaughter; Heaps of rubbish in drains; etc)
If need a list of old places/things, maybe can start by reading this blog Remember Singapore | remember the good old days
. This blogger has loads of articles listing out old places such as the old playgrounds, last two Kampongs, forgotten buildings, last fishing village, a dragon fountain at Whampoa etc...
....before they demolish the vacant HDB blocks 6 to 10 at Yung Ping Road (off Yung Kuang Road), then to Chinese/Japanese Gardens.
