Switch 5d mk 2 to nikon d3s

Hahahah.. I used go pro during rafting in pandas last 2 weeks(kinabalu place).
Well, i do not how many peoples would like to use d3s. I read some website that d3s megapixel is smaller than 5dmk2, color quality as well. But d3s is a monster to shoot night scene with high iso.
Why i ask about this topic?
1. No budget to buy new body specially 1dx
2. If buy second hand , my budget only can get second hand 1dmk4 ( but its not full frame).
3. Second hand price is almost same as d3s ( full frame body) - but low megapixels.
5dmk2 got big resolution with 30fs hd movies.
If anyone can share what is advantages and disadvantages with d3s? Is it good to do potrait shoots?
If its good, maybe i will consider to do trade with other peoples who need to switch between canon and nikon with all accesorries and lens.

For the same price of D3S or less, you can get a 5DMK3

And TS, if you can afford a 1DMkIV, you can afford a 5D MkIII. Get that.
TS, you want movie and high res, your budget is a 2nd hand 1D4 which is about 4K plus, you can easily buy a NEW LOCAL 5D3 body with few hundred bucks of change :bsmilie:
Good if you know he reasons why you want the switch. Not good if you don't. Very hard for us to give you advice if you don't state the reasons why you are thinking of switching.

Honestly i still love the 5D series over pro ones such as the 1D series due to size and weight. But now...hmm...considering a bit of Leica. ;p
haha.. to each on his own with regards to size and weight.. and Leica is one expensive thing to play ;p
expensive? meh, you sell your entire gear and you can get yourself an M9P and 50 noct ;p
