Where to send lenses for cleaning?

And in anticipation of common follow-up questions:
a) No, fungus cleaning is not free, not even during warranty.
b) No, we cannot guess how much it will be. It depends on lens type and extend of fungus growth.
c) Opening hours can be checked at the website or via phone call. Numbers can be found online as well, or at warranty card.

I just sent mine to Nikon Service Centre 2 months ago. Sent in the morning and collected by the end of the day. Fast and efficient.

How much did you pay?
I sent in the body and a lens for servicing and they also replaced the rubber grip on the exterior of the lens ... I think the bill came up about $40+. Sorry, I can't remember the exact amount...
