Hard to say, suggest you just drop a call to the common suspects and compare from there... I don't think ND8s are purchased very often and the price can be quite fluid..
Try Seng Cheong, hoya distributor in singapore. Can call first to check if they have stock.

why not invest in a filter holder and use square filters?
the built-in hood of the DA15 is a little irritating but i just knocked the glass out of a cheap uv filter and screwed it into the filter thread - this provides the clearance necessary to mount the filter holder.

i'm using the hercules one from sgcamera store - supposedly "better" than tianya according to the guy there - less colour cast. i haven't verified it yet though ;p no time to shoot lately.
