Actually ask those who good in those football manager game to take over lfc. Organize a worldwide event, see who top scorer, employ him (hardly her) for a yr. If he make lfc shows results, hire another yr. 3rd yr onwards, maybe can ask to leave as his tactic might be out liao. Ha ha!

if you look at Barcelona...
they have been playing the same way for as long as I can remember.
their youth set-up, right up to their 2nd team, to their first team, are drilled with the same tactics and playing style. the players are given specific roles and position in the team and they are drilled into performing their specific task much like a well-oiled machine.
the same tactics and playing style can work and will work if the whole football club is somehow synchronised and share the same philosophy.
this is probably what Kenny Dalglish need to do. stop using players in confusing roles! look at stewart downing and how Kenny uses him.
