If there's previous thread about this, please guide me to correct thread since i'm confused where to ask.

Some answers from google include Mt. Faber, Pasir Ris, any high building.

How about East Coast park?

thanks in advance

i know that you can see the sunrise from any high-rise building...

but if you're at east coast, you can see the sun rising outta the sea. pretty cool

If you literally want to see the sun rising from the horizon, then you'll need to be facing east (duh) and have a huge unobstructed view in front of you.
The sea is the most obvious choice.
Another could be a sufficiently large body of water, like a reservoir.

* in singapore, the sunrise position is generally due east. But in other countries that are further from the equator, the sunrise position can and will shift throughout the year, sometimes by quite a great amount.

you can take nice sunrise at Punggol beach..

East Coast, yes, you can see the sun rise from the sea, I did ask someone who stays in Marine Parade to confirm this.

Thanks for confirming! so glad to hear this... my friends and I hope to see sunrise spot, then can do cycling around East Coast honestly speaking..

though ... i'd have to search for the best area to get some good snaps:D

punggol end is a great place. think Ubin also.
