its a very noob question but i want to make sure before i regret buying the printer.
anyone know if normal photo printer like pixma ip3680 or epson t60 can print 2x3" size photo?
or do we use 4R paper to print two in one and cut it by ourselves?
thanks for all advice!

Can you find 2x3" photo printing paper? For Epson as an example, did you try calling their customer service number at +65 6586-3111? (It's all over their T60 web page)

For the T60, did you bother to look at the Epson web page? It lists in detail what the supported paper/print sizes are:

Ink and Paper

Follow those basic steps - it's called research.

rashkae,

2x3" photo paper could be found but of cos it is under canon's selphy series.
i know they support down to 4R, but i am trying to ask if there is ways to play around with this limit, eg. print two photo on 4R and thus making it seems to be a 2R photo.

Of course you can print 2 photos, and cut it afterwards... I mean, it is your printer and you control what is printed mah

Then that's up to you and basic editing skills. As far as the printer is concerned it's just 1 image being printed. How you cut it up afterwards is up to you.

I think we may have misunderstood his qn.. On a second reading, i think he's actually asking whether the ip3680 or t60 can print 2x3" photos (provided he has the 2x3" paper).. I believe that is the objective he really wanted.

Uncle Catchlights, how come 4x6" can become 4 2x3"? not 2 pieces meh?

Correct leh. 2 pictures on the length, 2 on the breadth, making it 4. Assuming border less printing.

4x6 print cut half is either two pieces of 2x6 or 3x4, each piece cut half again you get two pieces of 2x3, 2 pieces multiply by 2 you get 4.

thanks for all the advice! googled alot and found out that not alot printers can print 2x3, most is canon ip100 and selphy. even the selphy credit card size paper are not easy to find in stores. went harvey and courts. thanks! will try funan tonight!
