1 to 1 is ok too if the fees are not on the high side.

Not locally as far as I know. I suggest photography books in Mandarin. You can find them in Popular. But they are not very cheap in popular. I bought several much cheaper in China years back.

I think the Photographic Society of Singapore occasionally have some?

As for Chinese guide books, they're always cheaper in China. Or Taiwan. Or Hong Kong.

Or watch youtube videos about pbotography there are plenty of tutorials then apply the lessons. The fee that you're supposed to pay for the course can be used to buy photography gears..
