Recommend Tripod with S$200

hmmm....I see you have pretty expensive and sexy gear.. Do you trust a $200 tripod?

exactly. you wanna bet your D700, 24-70 and SB900 on a <$200 tripod?
i bought a $380 tripod to take the weight of my A900, CZ24-70 and F58 flash. spend a little more, make less trips to the service center
I have used countless sub-$100 tripods. They're definitely different from expensive tripods but they will do.
Even a $10,000 tripod will topple given the correct conditions. As a rule of thumb, you should never trust your tripod too much. That goes without saying.
Your statement seems to indicate that you need an expensive tripod to be stable. You do not. $200 is a decent budget for a tripod, and you can get a decent Sirui with that easily. But it won't be that light.
I have used Slik Sprint 3-Way Pro, the PPCP Steige Tripod, PPCP V2 Tripod, etc etc etc. Those were sub $100, and none of them ever failed on me to the point of being fatal. I have also used a Giottos 3XXX, that was sub $200.
The Sirui R2004 is also sub $200. It's not that heavy, it has a decent maximum height, and I don't feel a need to wrap umbrella tubes around me to babysit it whenever it comes into contact with saltwater when I travel (in Singapore, I use a less wieldy wooden tripod). That's what I would recommend.
Do u need it be a CF tripod? If aluminum is fine, the manfrotto or vanguard series should have one that fit the bill. Though u still need a bit more for the ballhead
I use a used Manfrotto 199 basic tripod which only cost me $100, and a ball head given by my friend. it serves me well.

I think any decent tripod that can handle 8kg load should be fine....Since you want with a ballhead for $200, then I would spend more money on the ballhead instead.
Even my old Weifeng aluminium tripod 593 can handle my body + 500mm lens and manfrotto 393 gimbal-like head (not super sturdy to fight against strong waves but can stand still firm under regular conditions).
Can consider sirui ballheads, say K10? and get a decent aluminium tripod from sirui or benro, etc.

when u said 2nd tripod, i missed the extremely small one on the right hahaha
Actually tripod leg is not so much of an issue for most people. It is the ballhead that makes it irritating. Those cheaper head really start to show their "cheapness" with anything heavier and longer than those plastic kit lens. You set everything nice nice, tighten the ballhead, it will drop a few degree.
Why Sirui no need worry about salt water but Giottos or others will be affected by saltwater?
I actually looking a tripod to bring for holiday trip next month, will bring it to beach for some shoots. Now thinking to buy the Sirui T1004X cause small and lightweight. Head most likely will be either G10 or K10x, should be good? My heaviest setup should be 3-4 kg those kind of range. Thanks!
I also looking for a tripod. I saw some $100+ tripod in TK and they came with ballhead leh.. Those tripods not good ah?
What I mean is no matter how expensive your tripod is but if do not know how to take care of it is also no point. I think all tripod will get effect with salt water include sirui as well..

Best is bring your gear down and test it yourself to see if they meet your requirements. Afterall not all of us are having the same level of expectations from the choices of tripods.
