Downloaded CS4 and Camera Raw 5.7.....what's next?

Hi fellow csers...i have just downloaded cs4 and i understand i need to download this camera raw 5.7 adobe in order to open raw files which i did. But how to do the plugin/ copy & paste thingy? Can someone guide me? Thx...

CS4 is discontinued, where got "download"?

Of course, it's also VERY easy just to look on Adobe.com isn't it?
