Where can I find many Stray Cats?

I'm into animal photography especially cats.
So can anyone tell me where I can find many stray cats wandering about?

err... walk around any HDB estate. They're all around.

I stay in *** and I see quite a number of stray cats around here. Someone feeds them so they kind of gather around. Places to check out would be *** as well as the blocks around ***. Since these buildings have been slated for tearing down, some of the strays have moved it for shelter.

U can try walking around *** area. Quite a lot of cat. Saw a super fat one before.

Now that you mentioned it, I do remember seeing a cat chasing a rat in the *** area. Shall consider a trip over to try my luck

DO NOT reveal the exact location of the stray cats in a public forum,
you do not know who is reading this thread, and might be some sicko people go there and hunt down the poor kitties.

and it happen before, cats were missing soon after the location being publish.

tho you didn't kill the cats with your hands, but you are still responsible for their fate.

Yes, there are mad people... This is similar to why nesting location of birds not allowed, the human factor. I wanted to say this when I first saw this thread but wondered if I was over-reacting.

It's not only about stalkers and people abusing cats. There are a numbers of Town Council staff who are very eager and keen to call pet control companies to round up and trap all cats on the slightest complain, however silly the case is. Cat Welfare Society and many caregivers are in constant battle with these narrow-minded people and not only a few cats disappeared forever this way.
For those who like to take pictures: all it takes is a slow walk around the older HDB neighbourhoods. Plenty of cats and most importantly: the people there are more relaxed towards cats.

Thanks for the advice Octarine! It is really sad that despite the direction our country is heading in, there are still such narrow minded people around. Will take a walk around some of the older neighborhoods and hopefully I can get lucky.

Cats prefer 'FFCD' (Food for CD) deals. Get a bag of good kibbles (Royal Canine, Hill's or similar) and they'll happily pose for you as long as your memory card lasts Please don't leave any kibbles on the floor, they'd only attract rodents.
