need help on Photo folder

is there anyone know where to get the plastic folder that is super grossy?

i want to file 1 photo and give it to my friend, but so far i cant found any folder that keeps the grossy level compare to the photo

this post is open to any ideas; not only talk about filing

Do you mean glossy? Hmmm. Laminate comes to mind.
