Opinion is THE WORST! Opinion is biased and someone else's opinion will have NO MEANING to you. m4/3 people will say "my system is great! I love the lightweight cameras and the dear-dslr quality!" and DSLR users will say "my system is great! I love the feel in my hands and the image quality!".
The link by Irvine covers what you need to know for the basics since you asked "anybody knows the difference btw this 2 and the pros and cons for each". The pros and cons are also listed in REVIEWS. Please, this is a topic that has been discussed to death over and over and over again both on CS and all over the other photography forums. Don't expect CS people to write you a book when it's all already available. READ, and try your best to UNDERSTAND. If you cannot understand the clear, basic, simple differences listed in the reviews, as well as PRACTICAL differences listed in the reviews, then you need to learn more about the basics before you can begin to understand. Yes, the technical stuff is important, as it's the key difference!!
"Everything you wanna know" is based on good RESEARCH as well as YOUR OWN experience. Other people's experience has NO MEANING on how your experience will be.

did u actually click on the link and read its contents? it's not just a spec comparison fyi. the obvious pros n cons of micro 4/3 over dslrs are alr listed on that link, such as the smaller in size of micro 4/3 cameras over dslrs n the like.
I second this, first google, search CS archive, read amd draw ur own conclusion/opinion
And who are you to pass by and judge who's "Lousy" who's not, then supplying flammable text contents that contradicts your own opinions or POV?

Well... the difference between the two was the size of the sensor, the size of the body, ergonomic, etc.
And the pro and cons can be found widely in the net, so don't ask this type of question again.
And I can predict TS next question,
1) what would the difference of sensor size brings about (or something to that effect)... the answer is... it will not bring too much effect on the IQ of the photo taken, sure noise control for smaller sensor will suffer a bit, but seriously the way to photography is not just base on how much or how little noise it is in a picture.
2) How about a small compact camera with bigger APS-C sensor when compare to a m4/3 sensor camera... Well again, the answer is... there will NOT be any difference unless you pixel peek. And like answer number 1... noise, sharpness and cleaniness are just a small part of the photography process... there are other things involve such as composition, skills and techniques.
So there.
