Take a train to Choa Chu Kang mrt station, alight and board bus 975.
975 is not found at the bus terminal. You have to walk out to cck ave 4, the bus stop outside Lot 1 shopping center for it.

Make sure you take the bus 975 opposite of lot 1 shopping centre ... the bus will stop at the jetty as it will do a U-turn there ...

Apparently shooting is not allowed there anymore. You can try though. But there's a chance you'll make a wasted trip..

The jetty there is privately owned and not open to public contrary to popular local photographer's belief. Not to mention, above mentioned local photographers love pointing their cameras towards the Singapore Police Coast Guard (PCG) Lim Chu Kang Regional Base, a protected place gazetted under Chapter 256 of the Singapore Statutes.

I have personally witnessed the memory cards of three photographers being confiscated by two PCG sergeants during a gorgeous sunset after returning back from a stay on-board a kelong. This was after they had been give multiple warnings and they still have the cheek to argue back with the sergeants subsequently.
