Looking for a tripod bag and legs wrap, who know ware can I get it?

You can only wrap the upper section of your tripod, because the lower sections need to slide in and out and thus cannot be wrapped (as far as I know).
I saw in CP, they have manfrotto and nat geo tripod bags.. can consider those...

try going OP... they have a kata tripod bag and those black tripod bags, as for leg wraps, try looking at Dinage thread in mass sales..(D-accessories) i think the spelling.... if not ebay ya best pal.....
hehehe ok point noted.Not sure if you'd consider the Benro bags (@ Benphoto, Peninsula Shopping Centre). They're also black, but some have quite comfy padding.
Usually it would be the clips/joints that are vulnerable to water exposure. Don't think that they can be waterproofed effectively with any wrap, since you'd still need to release them to store the legs.

Sirui tripod bag very nice leh. But also not using because I do not want to reverse fold my tripod.

This is a feature in the N & R (i think) series from Sirui tripod. Very good if you want your tripod to be shorter. Note that the tripod will grow fatter though.

As for the bag, I doubt there will be any that lives up to your satisfaction.
