Pop up flash not working

Omg, my pentax Kr pop flash is not working suddenly is it normal?

yes...my flash pop up but there is no flash came out..tried it alot of times but it did not work;(

Selling away a 1 month old Pentax K-r (White) with dual kit lens (18-55mm & 50-200mm) in mint condition 10/10

What happen to the pop up flash problem??:think::think:

I had a bit of problem with mine as well, the pop-up flash will sometimes pop-up automatically when I pressed the shutter, but it's not affecting any of my shots. Just need to close back the flash after it popped up.

If you set the mode dial to P, the flash would pop up automatically when the camera think it's needed. It's not a problem...

hmm... but I'm in Av mode, and the popping occurs even during in broad daylight!!

Reset your settings and test it?

Either that, head to svc centre & get it look upon

I have resetted and it is working now. i guess it is my own configuration problem. haha. anw thanks for all the replies. they definitely help!

hi moonlightsg, i have resetted and it is working now. i guess it is my own configuration problem. haha. sorry! Im selling it because right now my family have 4 canons, i think its more pragmatic to switch so i can share lens with them. no need to waste extra money. hope you can understand

hi xxrenxx, i have resetted and it is totally working now. i have no problem with the flash the following day after i posted this thread. it is my own configuration problem. haha. sorry! Im selling it because right now my family has 4 canons, i think its more pragmatic to switch so i can share lens with them. no need to waste extra money. hope you can understand. haha anw thanks for pointing that out cus i forgot to post here that the problem is solved :x
