Where to get Billingham Bag for Canon.

K13 is quite expensive compared to other shops, but they have a bigger selection.
Alternatively, you can try Ben Photo (Peninsular Shopping Centre) or Orient Photo (SLS, lvl6) too.

yeah, u can get it cheaper from PK Chan.
else if u got any frens going HK, can ask them help u buy too. It's even cheaper there.

Those of you who have used a billingham bag, is it solid and worth its price?
I have felt the quality. Great leather. But it's a lot heavier too, compared to say LowePro, etc. Almost like 2kg already when empty?

I'd put my hands and legs up. I can't tell explain how much i love it.
Just think of it this way.
It serves 2 purpose: 1 Camera Bag, 1 Messenger Bag. Thats 2 bags in 1

On the other hand, if you are very sure, just tell him the model and the color you need, and he will drive down to meet you at your place of preference. He is a nice chap. He also sells Quantum flashes too.

I was PK Chan's very first customer when he was located in either Eunos or AMK Industrial Park (it was years ago and my memory is going down the chute like my age).
It was a model 335 and what I still remember is Chan's customer service - up there with the best. The 335 was followed by the Hadley and the Quantum Battery 2.
Buy from Chan, he deserves all the business he can get.
The one problem with both my Billinghams was that, over time, the bags have become very stiff and the material in the inserts disintegrated. Bags are in constant use and only in dry weather. Billingham acknowledged my feedback but could provide no solution. Don't know if the problem has been resolved with the later batches.

I thought Billingham has a life time warranty on their bags. Since PK Chan is the authorized dealer in SG, he should be able to help. I heard people get replacement inserts FOC but that was several years ago. Not sure if Billingham UK has changed their life time warranty policy or not...

Billingham currently offers a 5 year warranty if bought from an authorised dealer. My bags are older than that so I don't think the warranty applies.
I emailed Billingham about the inserts in the off chance I'll get replacements. Thanks for the tip. Will post the outcome of the reply.

I think Orient Photo pricing is alright too... Not much diff from PK Chan.
BTW if going to HK, get it there, really really much cheaper and easily available.
