Anyone knows where to buy Eneloop Tone Glitter? Looks like it is available in Japan and Europe (next month), but not sure about other parts of the world. Someone try to sell on BnS for over $100

lol. u put inside your flash or whatever can see the glitter?

I think the color is good for grouping the batteries. For example, using the same color (red) for the flash and replace it with a different color (green) when the first set is drain. This will allow us to keep track of which set of batteries are in use. Just my thought. ;)

Use some tape and write numbers on it. Done for less than $1. Unless the Glitter affects the capacity I don't see any reason for this. Or maybe it's for female photographers? ;)

I believe there are colored, nonglittery Eneloops that do not cost as much. I might be wrong though.

*blink blink*

i am using the colored version without the blinks ;p

I have the Eneloop Tone (non glitter) as well. But this version will help further distinguish between different sets in use. I don't like to mark my batteries with marker or sticker, etc.

And I think they look really cool ...

They do look cool, wonder what's the retail price in sg. Not worth it if the price diff between this and the normal coloured ones are too big

Price shouldn't be too different than the regular coloured Eneloops, unless seller is trying to make some quick bucks. Also, some of the colours in this series are different than the regular coloured Eneloops, including silver and black.

hmm... the marketing team at Sanyo are good.

looks like lady gaga batteries... :embrass:

Are we paying extra for the 'pointless' bling ??
