Hi all, my first time posting a photo here since I got my first dslr recently..

Do give me some comments.. Thanks..

1. in what area is critique to be sought?
What can be improved?
2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
A nice macro with the reflection of the photographer
3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
Normal day out shopping feeling happy
4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture
I'm pretty happy with this picture as a newbie

I'm pretty happy with this picture as a newbie

personally i dun really like to take this kind of pic, if i were to take, i would find a clear / shiny ball instead of red.
if u wan to show yourself find one that really can show not one that dun really show.
also ask your female frd and the "person" away.

if can show abit more of the ribbon else remove it totally. abit of here n there no working here.

am glad u are happy with your shot. main thing of shooting is being happy and be expressive abt it. enjoy and shoot more

Just like allen said, seems like a test shot so dun really know what to say. The reflection would be better if you clean of the dust on the ball though, the dust is kinda distracting.
