Hi Martellkr, I don't mind. You can show it to your colleagues. You can click on the photo itself and view it in Flickr as well. I hope they will like it

Interesting shots indeed. Can i check what camera are you using and specifically, what settings did you use for your b/w shots? I would like to venture into b/w shots as well, but mine pales in comparison from yours.

Hi MDBrown, I'm using LX3 and D90. You can click on the photos you are interested in, and you will be brought to my Flickr page where you can see my camera setting (click on the camera model name on the top right side, just above the map image). For b/w shots, I usually convert them from colour shots, adjust the brightness and contrast in Gimp till I get the results I want. I'm still experimenting too
