go to those party shop... they do have rented hellum...
4yrs ago i went to this party shop at Robinson somerset.. there is this novelty shop beside the teochew resturant ..they do rent the hellum gas.. =)
holland v, there is this shop (party city) nearby the coffee club. u can get it from there. price ranges from $1.50 onwards per balloon.
less dan 200 bah i got 2 tank... that was the rate like 4yrs ago...lol~ u can go check it out again =)

$1.50 for a helium balloon is not expensive, who suggests to use as props than who pay for it.

Have helped a fren collect these balloons before and the quality of the ones they provide is much better (in terms of thickness and size) A fren requested they fill up a couple of her own balloons and those weren't too good and burst a couple along the way to the party.
So it's really cost for the quality.
