Hi all....

i'm Elson, and is nice to be here, hope i can learn some photography teachnic from u nice
ppl here.. keke... thinkin of buyin a entry level DSLR cam..

i'm currently using a Nikon P100 wif a x26 zoom.... and i'm love'in it!! hahaha...
and now i wanted more... any of u guys have a nice and good recommandation for me that i
can try?

should i buy a 2nd hand DSLR, before i go full flow? haha..
i'm actually looking at a few of them..

like...canon 500D, 550D, 60D and Nikon D3000, D3100, D5000

what did u guys(girls too!!) think? pls share wif me ok!! thank!! =)
 

Depends on what's your budget and what do you intend to shoot!:dunno:

It totally up to you actually, you know yourself best. Also, your budget seems to be of a pretty big range, from D3000 to 60D
 

U can try sony a33/a55, just go to any sony shop, you can try the camera there.

Pentax k-x or k-r also nice given the price.

Welcome! My advice to those new to DSLRers would be to visit the showroom or test out the demo sets at some big stores (like Courts) to see if you are comfortable to those heavier DSLRs.

For Nikon, best visit NSC at Fuji Xerox Towers at 10th floor. For Canon, showroom is easily accessible at Vivocity - just outside GV, next to Challenger. One thing about showrooms or service centers, the staff will not pester you to buy a set so you can test to your hearts content. Whereas at the stores, you'll hawked upon for a sales by the sales personnel. Naturally of course, since they are there to make their living...

Yes sir, i know that, but i dun mind payin abit more if is worth it....
i know some of the funtion oso different..
but if is to diffcult to use i oso dun think i wanna bring out too!! hahaha....

is like i first time get hold of my P100... i jus love it!!
