If you going to buy later by this week, please get 1 for me also..
(for me made by PRC will do)

Thanks for putting my name up, bro! Although I don't think I belong to the "seniors" cat.. :embrass: (it's an honour no doubt) but please feel free to re-shuffle my name elsewhere where it fits.

Btw, being made by PRC not necessarily cheap... for instance... Nikon MC-DC2 cord (original) is made by PRC... :bsmilie:

Any store will do. OP or artworkz foto...

Thanks for the info! I'll just get a cheap one with basic functions.

Btw peeps (newbies), one other homework I'd like to introduce to you guys, and that is knowing your lens better... please drop by: www.photozone.de and look for your lens, the one that you'll be using to shoot at the outing...

Some lenses are sharper at F/8 whilst others maybe sharper at F/11 (refer to the MTF resolution bar graphs). For landscapist photographers, generally they would prefer everything sharp (Center/Border/Extreme), but it will depend individual preferences of course... It would be nice to know which focal length you'll be most likely using also, most likely 18mm for kit lenses - but it will depend on composition and other things. However, it would be good to know everything (which is the sweetest and sharpest spot) about your lenses.

Hope the above would not be an overkill...

Hi guys, a question from newbie.

At Last Sat's outing, I understood that using a wide angle lens is a good one to shoot from the bridge. How about Promontory area?
