ANY of the beginner series cameras will do. Just remember that you're buying into a brand and it's system, so consider which one you'd want to continue with, else selling it off and re-buying another system is a money-losing affair...

Think about it in the long run.

Your question is very open. You didnt even state your budget..

Since you are a beginner, why not try to find which discipline you are interested in.. Like Macro, Landscape, Birding etc.. Tell us what you like to shoot and your budget. And then we can help you

my friend just recently pick up a second hand 400D to "step into DSLR world" coz of his budget, the point is no DSLR is perfect even the top series, the grass is always greener on the other side just choose the one that fits ur budget and ur needs

Why A330 though? It's a pretty old model, I'd recommend an A500/A550 instead.
