Has anyone bought things from MaxSaver before?

I came across this site MaxSaver.Net, it is a online store selling accessories but mostly are filters. The prices is unusually cheap. For instance—

• B+W ND 110 67mm sells for US$49.90 (=S$64)

While it costs S$124 from Cathay Photo and US$67.50 from B&H. Unlike those 'scamming' thread, the price is not dirt cheap but why is there such a big difference between the local price and internet store?

From my research, they are based in Hong Kong and seems to have a good reputation. They even have a page on their site claiming they do not make a lot of profit and their filters are genuine.
