Prime Lens for Canon S5

I have a canon s5.Please suggest me a canon lens to take sharp pictures.
 

S5 is not a system for you to change lenses. Are you sure you know what kind of camera you have gotten? Unless you are talking about those wide angle convertor (which we don't really call them prime lens). To me most of them are rubbish, perhaps except for raynox.

You can only use these two converter lens:

Tele-converter 1.5x lens (TC-DC58B)

Wide-converter 0.75x lens (WC-DC58A)

and TS, u need adapter for these two lenses..

Canon S5 IS is a prosumer tele-zoom camera.
Its a good cam on its standard and great for travel.

Yes, the pics is quite soft..
Thats the main reason for me to get a DSLR.

TS: I'm sure the S5 is capable of taking decent images, and I suppose the problem lies behind the camera.
