Not exactly where you prefer but Coastes on siloso beach also welcome pet owners, no pet food served though

There are 2 that I can remember, one is along upper thomsom, along the row of shophouses near where the prata place is. The other in Balestier, can't remember the name

Closed down already. Good riddance anyway. Said my Husky was dangerous and should be locked up in a cage instead of bringing out.
