What Photo Management Software Do You Use?

Picassa for photo management + lite editing and GIMP if i need photoshop`s capabilities.
They are FREE.
I'm using picasa but it could not be noober... it has veri little functions that might make your photos seem nice to the untrained eye, but when you blow it up or sort critique from the more pro photographers, alot of the effects are somewhat ugly and cant be adjusted to the right amount like photoshop 
but im lazy so thats what i use hahaha

Using Photoshop CS3. Enough for my cropping, colour saturation and sharpening adjustments. Recent got my Lightroom for Raw processing, had not try it yet though.
Canon EOS Utility for importing
Canon DPP for slight editing (sharpening, white balance, etc)
Picassa for photo album management
All free and do what I need them to.

if you need the feature, be surprised how fast you can learn.I started with Photoshop Lightroom, and I don't think I can afford the full Photoshop suite for editing
Anyone has any tips on how to learn Lightroom quickly? I'm still figuring out how to use the whole load of features.
no one uses ACDSee ?
1) Zoombrowser to import from CF card. It will sort out the shots according to dates for me.
2) Preview in ACDSee, and do ranking and rotating here. ACDSee has the most flexible renaming function which
I like very much. Have yet to see one close to this.
Unfortunately it doesnt do batch editing ie, group of photos brighten at the same level.
3) LR 2 ( have yet to upgrade ) for Batch editing. and some light post processing.
So far it works rather well.
I read LR 3 should have the sorting by date function when it imports.
But it still doesn't preview as well as ACDSee ie, it needs to import first.
ACDSee preview anything in th folder without any importing.
Let me know if you guys think there is a software out there that does all 3

I find LR easier than photoshop CS, somehow. Haha
I just upgraded from LR2 to LR3.
I think the date sorting function exist in LR2. In LR2, it can create a folder based on the date of the pictures taken in the memory card and transfer all the pictures into the folder by date.
