pictures into video

hi guys, i was thinking how to turn pictures into video. maybe not video, but i saw some icons where they have continuous motion pictures. i've tried making it in windows video maker but it seems i can't adjust the 20s to shorter.

maybe someone knows this? =)

You can do it with any video editing software. It is called stop motion animation. Look it up in you tube.

Keyword is "Icons" and "having continuous motion". So I assume it is animated gifs. To TS - Use either photoshop CS5 or Fireworks CS5.
