Wa..!! Scary sia..:sweat:

can file a civil summon against him, that's what the spf will tell you to do..

Can only say Suay.

i dont understand, on what basis did the spf decided to let him off with stern warning?

does it means spf only takes action when public ie govt properties is involve? private properties owner can go suck thumb?

there is no logic :dunno::dunno:

i am sure our esteemed spf have their reasons for doing so:bsmilie:anyone we do not know the other side of the story:dunno:
if victim is not happy, he can always pursue the issue further, stomping just creates a lot of confusion and unhappiness...:nono:

but problem is, spf let vandal go, even if he sue the vandal, that will only be money if any right? the vandal will not get spank or cwo since its a private matter and not the govt sueing the vandal right?:dunno:

Trouble is, his car doesn't sit 1k+ people. So it doesn't matter.

Simply :
1) Private property vandalised go for civil suit but most victim felt LL only.
Complain to SPF, Town council, HDB = waste time + fraustrations.

2) Gov. property .... vandals got into deep SH*T!! do you think they just kena warning only??:bsmilie:

michael fay spray-painted vehicles n public property. he deserved his caning.

Not suprise at all, unless your case is high profile enough like a FT, MRT, etc is involve, the spf will push away as much as possible. From my personal point of view, if you have no money and no power, unless someone die, you're on your own.
Remember the case of the road bully who injuried a doctor that was reported in the papers? Kanna whack and got witness but spf say is a personnal matter and ask them to take it up themself, what a joke!! If the doctor have died than maybe the spf will take action.

i am not a strong admirer of our spf but sometimes we need to be objective when commenting. perhaps if you read up on the statutes you will realized why they ask you to register a magistrate complaint in certain cases and again there are seizable, non seizable offences and all the legalese.

it will be fairer if we go after those who write and enact the laws.:dunno:

What happened to justices? :thumbsd: Better dun offend ppl who are bankrupt, they can do something like this and get away with just a warning.. :confused:
