Tripod help

Hi guys.. I got my tripod from my dad, but I do not know the brand of my tripod. In addition, there is no mounting plate to attach my Canon 500D to the tripod. Is there anyone who can help me identify the mounting plate I need for my 500D? Or where can I purchase it?

Try bringing the tripod down to Peninsula Plaza, K-13 Marketing Level 2.

Let them have a look at it, and see if they have a spare to sell.

Not trying to sound rude or stuck up here. But your tripod looks pretty flimsy and I wouldn't really suggest you mount a DSLR on it.

If it topples during a shoot, your precious camera and lens will suffer.

Consider getting a better and more stable tripod if you can afford it.

The brand of the tripod is right there in the first pic "MARS".

IMHO, not worth spending money to get a QR plate for this tripod. Get a new tripod.

thanks for all ur comments i've bought a slik 630 from ms color.. is there anywhere i can purchase a carrying case for this tripod? Ms color do not sell?

i 2nd that... Doesnt look sturdy to me.. get a decent one.. check out CP or TK Foto
