China Airport scanning..will it affect films?

Hi, I am wondering if the air ports in china like in Guang Dong, and Beijing for example, will the scanning there affect the films?

Or, I could show the officials there that they are films and go through without scanning?

No problems, all scanners nowadays are film safe.

Most of the major cities in China were already using filmsafe scanners back in the mid to late 80s.

if you're using high speed films you might want to consider getting a film bag.
