$700-$800 I guess, I just looking for a PnS to use when I am lazy to carry my DSLR around... or just to accompany it for snaps..

With that buget.... you could easily get most of those above recommended PnS camera....

My choice would be G11 with full manual.... the only sad thing is it doesn't have HD video recording.... :sweat:
