Was at Chicago for a business trip so decided to wake up at 4am to catch the dawn on the last day. No adjustment to saturation/vibrance, and no HDR were performed:

#4 and #5 are lovely. the tone and the palette is very nice. I esp like the motion of the waving flags.

Thanks emlee! Actually, my view is that unless you are into finance (where you can visit the CBOE, etc), there's nothing really exciting about Chicago. Most of my pics were taken at the Conference site! Heh... here's one taken of the display at the McCormick Place convention center (I did rev up the color saturation on this one as it was taken indoors):
