1.In what area is critique to be sought?
Composition, Emotion, and color contrast, whether they've been achieved.

2.What one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
This was taken several months ago when I was at the zoo. Was my first time there since god-knows-when. I took the opportunity to test my newly acquired Nikkor 105mm f/2.5 AIS on my Canon 500D. I managed to capture this particular moment where the kids were apparently celebrating their success at the trail they were taking part on.

3.Under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
It was sometime after lunch hour, in a sheltered area, after the performance. The kids apparently were on some trail and they were bent over, discussing where to head to.

4.What the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture?
I like the reflected lights from the kid's eyes. The moment seemed priceless as while his teammates were clamouring for the map, he was celebrating and glancing up at his mentor.

i am more distracted by the guy on the right and left.
