Billingham Bags Colour of choice!

Hi just want to know what are people's colour of choice for Billingham bags!

Starting with the most dislike -> colour of choice ,

Khaki/tan & Black/black --> Black/tan & Sage/tan are my fav's

i think black/black is absolutely hideous.

khaki/tan, if the pictures are accurate, then the fibrenyte versions seem to be a darker khaki than the canvas versions, that isn't too bad.

i'm not a fan of green, so sage/tan is out for me.

i use black/tan right now.

I also agree that black/tan is one of the nicest ,but hardest to find in SG...

my advice, go for fibrenyte material......

black/tan doesn't come in fibrenyte, only canvas. the fibrenyte seems much tougher than canvas, stiffer though!

But is their canvas like ,say domke's type or is more like a softer jeans like canvas?

My cousin has a hadley pro but ive never seen it b4 ....

you go for pentax outing, make special request for the brothers to bring bilingham....

i think quite a few have.. if i was in singapore i would show you..

i haven't seen domke much, but from what i remember, billingham is not so thick.

Yes. I saw them as well. Didn't quite take a detailed look but I think they are of the same material as the 07 series. Much cheaper and perhaps not as appealing to me design wise.

My experience with fibernyte is that it doesn't seem very tough actually. The fibers gets picked easily with pointed objects like your nails or even rough skin callous... Sad.

Owned 3 Billingham bags - 2 sage and one Khaki. I think I like sage better as it is not so obvious when there are dirt marks on it.

I have bought and sold a couple of billingham bag and just to share my experience with the canvas , I own the black canvas before after about 1 year of intensive usage the black faded quite abit and looks very dull after that. I had 3 canvas from bigger size till Hadley series, currently the only one which I kept is still the sage fybrnyte material, it is stiff in the beginning but once seasoned it's softer, color remains the same after a year and more of usage, easier to clean off too when it gets really dirty, really a plus point for me altho I don't demand very clean new looking bag but at lease it doesn't make me look like a begger with a very muddy and torn bag while ppl paid you to shoot their important events.

Seems like most people like the Khaki/Tan .
Although i do find that it is the easiest to get dirty ...
